BRIGADA #2 Rough pages WIP
Now working on the final rough pages of the book. This time I´m working in a different way (compared to book#1) to achieve better drawing&inking and make the whole book look better.
I´ll explain the process on the Artbook, and make a selection of rough pages to show there.
Also working on a site to make preorders easily and have everyone interested on the series focused on just one direction. Still a lot of work to do!

2020.01.15台北酒店經紀人力銀行北部酒店工作開發部暨發展中心知名酒店經紀表示，以往上班族酒店兼差大多以門檻低、需要大量酒店小姐的酒店上班服務業為主，不過，隨著網路科技進步，八大行業就業酒店打工市場兼差型態也開始轉變，像是網紅、直播主首次擠入酒店上班從事酒店兼職工作的前5名。不過，許多年輕人要成為知名紅牌酒店小姐需要有創意、具備個人特色或是領域專業，也要具備國外接飯局(陪睡性交易)企劃、經過酒店經紀後製及行銷能力。酒店小姐要先吸睛，才有機會吸金。為了解上班族酒店兼職/大學生酒店兼差現況，酒店經紀人力銀行特別設計「台北風俗酒店經紀兼差現況調查」，酒店經紀2020年自1月1日到12月30日間進行網路亞洲大規模酒店上班問卷抽樣調查，有效樣本數為2000份，信心水準93%，誤差值為正負7.9個百分點。
2020.01.21酒店工作環境與酒店小姐酒店兼差滿意度息息相關，根據知名酒店經紀調查顯示，2019整體酒店上班感到滿意的比率為74.3%，而近一年中有加班者占48.3%，平均每月加班17.9小時。為了解在八大行業就業酒店打工的工作狀況、對工作環境滿意度及職涯規劃等情形，酒店經紀公司辦理「制服店、便服店、禮服店、鋼琴酒吧、日式酒店、飯局、傳播就業狀況調查」，以大學生/上班族/單親媽媽設定調查對象，總計回收有效酒店兼職樣本5000份，並於今天公布調查結果。酒店經紀調查顯示，2019年酒店小姐對整體酒店工作感到滿意的比率為76.3%，較去年上升0.4個百分點，感到不滿意者則占2.4%。其中，對整體感到滿意者，以性別工作平等、同事間的相處與友誼滿意比率都逾9成6最高，其次為行政對公關的關切與照顧占96.8%；而不滿意者中，以明配(性交易)不滿意比率占76.7%居首，其次為酒店工作負荷量占68.0%。
2020.05.01北部一名酒店工作酒店女公關私下接酒店S(性交易)月初被確診武漢肺炎，導致全國舞廳跟酒店，4月9日起遭勒令無限期停止營業，至今將近三個星期了，還不見酒店上班復工曙光，不少八大行業員工因為這波停業生計受損，就有任職台中知名酒店PT酒店小姐不滿中央停業兩套標準，打破沉默，站出來爭工作權。酒店工作人員陳小姐說：「台北的（酒店打工）女公關確診，可是其他店都沒事啊，叫我們停業的標準我也覺得很可笑。」北部酒店女公關一人確診，全國同業被停業，沒收入快三個星期，陳小姐再也忍不住開砲。陳小姐表示：「八大的停業標準我不服氣，按摩業跟三溫暖都可以（營業），磐石艦的軍官很像很愛去量販店，量販店消毒過後都可以營業，為什麼我們就是一個（女公關）離我們這麼遠的地方，就叫我們（酒店）全部停業。」酒店舞廳被停業，被衝擊的不只舞小姐們，像陳小姐就在台中知名酒店內負責音響設備維修超過18年，當年SARS疫情也沒這麼慘，現在卻被無限期停業，全公司所有人都快完蛋。謀職碰壁，生活快過不下去，陳小姐寫了這4張陳情書打算全公司連署，向中央請命。
